Cette plaque a les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques d&#039;un plastique tr\u00e8s dur, semblable \u00e0 du nylon, qui se ramollit d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 60\u00b0C. Pour ce faire, il suffit de plonger l&#039;orth\u00e8se dans de l&#039;eau bouillante ou de la chauffer dans un four \u00e0 micro-ondes ordinaire. Le carton est non dangereux et biod\u00e9gradable. Ce mat\u00e9riau se caract\u00e9rise par sa douceur et sa grande \u00e9lasticit\u00e9. La perforation de la mousse permet une parfaite oxyg\u00e9nation de la peau de l&#039;utilisateur et un drainage de l&#039;humidit\u00e9. Un avantage tr\u00e8s important de ce mat\u00e9riau est le fait qu&#039;il n&#039;est pas tricot\u00e9, qu&#039;il n&#039;a pas de fibres \u00e9paisses, gr\u00e2ce auquel les tissages du tissu n&#039;appuient pas sur la peau du patient et ne provoquent pas de plaies dans les zones de forte compression. Les orth\u00e8ses fabriqu\u00e9es en mat\u00e9riau <strong>ActivePren\u2122<\/strong> sont les orth\u00e8ses de stabilisation les plus solides et les plus efficaces disponibles sur le march\u00e9.
